Understanding the difference between a Non-Flat VP3 file and a VP3 Stitch File
These Mac-Based videos are rudimentary at this point. We are just getting our feet wet with this version of the Premier+ 2 modules running under the OSX operating system. You may find that I am doing things "the hard way" rather than using certain keyboard shortcuts to get things done. This is because I am just learning to use the OSX operating system. Opening the software, loading a design and saving your Project File and Stitch File
This lesson is the most basic of lessons. In this lesson we will navigate through the computer's hard drive to find and load a completed embroidery design from the Samples files which were installed when you installed your software. Then, we will add some basic lettering so that we have two different stitch objects in our project. We will then save our work in two different but critically important different ways. First, we will use the File Save As... command to save our VP4 Project File. Then, after saving our VP4 Project File, we will use the File Export dialog to create our stitch file.
Working with the Letter Tab to add lettering to our project
There are many different aspects to adding lettering to your embroidery design. In this lesson we will begin at the beginning. Learn what the different fonts are that are available to you in the Letter Tab of the software. Learn about the different Properties that exist when we choose a font and how to change those properties to suit our requirements.

Controlling visibility of stitches in Premier+ 2 Modify
The most important thing you must know and understand when using the Premier+ 2 Modify module is how to control the VISIBILITY State of the stitches in the embroidery design(s) that you are working with. This lesson explains how to use the various tools available on the Design page of your software to isolate various stitches in your design and how to set the VISIBILITY State of those stitches.
